Tomeo was born on July 22, 1930 in Clatskanie, Oregon to Takichi and Hayano (Terada) Takemoto. He proudly served in the United States Army and was honorably discharge in 1956.
Tomeo passed away in Portland on February 27, 2020 at the age of 89.
A memorial service will be rescheduled for a later date.
