January 21, 2022 at 3:46 pmSean was such a fixture at the gym. I can’t believe he’s not there anymore. I will miss our chats at the desk. He would always catch me up on some weird news story or movie that he had seen. He was the kindest person to everyone who came through those doors and his warm presence is already missed. I’m sorry for your loss.

January 25, 2022 at 1:00 pmDear Sean you were my first friend when I moved up to St. John’s and everyday I woke up and went to Westcoast Fitness you were the first person I wanted to see. You are a kind and gentle soul, the type of person that made life better. I really hope that in life the journeys that we get to carry the little bit of everyone we are fortunate enough to come across. If that is true than I hope I can carry some of that warmth and kindness you have given me. Godspeed my friend…

January 25, 2022 at 2:58 pmI work with Sean for many years at Westcoast Fitness. He was a pilar at the gym, and took so much pride in everything he did. He share many stories of his family, going to the movies with his cousin, he was always excited for Thanksgiving dinner at his Dads house best cooking ever he would say. He cared so deeply for both his family and also his family at the gym. He will be missed by all. I send my condolences to his family and friends.
