Born May 29, 1937 in Lackawanna, NY to parents George Henry and Margaret (McHale) Kinner. Paul was raised and educated in New York. After graduating from Notre Dame, Paul served in United States Army during Vietnam.
Paul married and to this union two daughters Susan and Julia were born; they later divorced after 25 years of marriage. Paul worked as a regional manager for various dealerships in numerous states before settling in Oregon. While attending a sales seminar Paul met Tense Marie. He shook her hand and it was magical. They went on their first date Nov. 26, 1987 and they have been inseparable ever since, for 32 years. They later married on March 16, 1991.
Paul switched careers, retiring from Alcatel Submarines Network where he worked in quality control.
As hobbies he loved fly fishing, collecting guns, crossword puzzles, listening to Jazz and smoking his pipes. He was a trivia buff; having extensive knowledge in just about everything. Paul was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church and loved to pray the Rosary.
He will be remembered as a great story teller with a charming sense of humor.
Paul is survived by his wife, Tense Marie Kinner; children, Dario (Irma) Morla, Jeffrey (Lori) Morla, Lysa (Douglas) Morla Maxey, Stacy (Jason) Fulks, Tracey Morla, Susan Kinner, Julia (Ron) Marchi and 13 grandchildren, Haily, Courtney, Amelia, Christian, Grace, Fiona, Cameron, Mateo, Jagger, Jaxon, Paris, Zoie, and Tyler.
