Loretta “Lore” Willman Bielaski December 12, 1941 - February 25, 2023

Loretta Gay ‘Willman’ Bielaski, age 82, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2023, in Portland, Oregon. Loretta was born in Texas, but she spent most of her life in Portland Oregon, where she was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She had a deep love of the gospel of Jesus Christ, and her faith was an important part of her life. She served faithfully in many callings, but her love for family history and temple work always prevailed.

Loretta is survived by her sister Sharon Cason of Riddle Oregon, her son David Lewis of Bastrop Texas, her daughter Lore ‘Jeannie’ Clayborn of Bakersfield California, her son Michael Lawrence of Aubrey Texas, her son John Lawrence of Las Vegas Nevada, and her son Carl Archey of Gresham Oregon. She also leaves behind 21 grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom she loved dearly. Loretta is preceded in death her parents, Mary Hessler, and Hubert William.

Loretta had a corky sense of humor and a contagious laugh that could light up any room. She enjoyed her lunch bunch with friends. Spending time outdoors, fishing and long drives with friends enjoying nature.

Loretta will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She was a friend to everyone she met. A celebration of life will be held in her honor on March 9, 2023, at 10 am, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at 9901 SE Caruthers St. Portland, OR, 97216 She will be laid to rest in a private ceremony with her family at Douglas Pioneer cemetery SW Cherry Park & SW Hensley Road, Troutdale, OR 97060

A funeral service will be held Thursday, March 9, 2023, at 10 a.m., at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Cherry Park Ward 9901 SE Caruthers St. Portland, OR 97216
