Ruth was born June 15, 1927 at Enterprise, Oregon to parents Harold and Harriet (Connors) Emmons. She passed away September 3, 2021 at her home in Troutdale, Oregon at the age of 94.
The family suggest contributions in Ruth’s memory be made to the American Lung Association.
