KeAusha TaChelle Mauesby born to DeAusha and William Mauesby on August 26, 2001.
Hebrews 11:6 And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to
God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.
God gave KeAusha the ability to accomplish lots during her brief 19 years of life. God gave her a big contagious smile and laugh to calm or excite. He gave her a big beautiful singing voice which she used to praise, comfort, enjoy, and serve others. She enjoyed debates and had no problem supporting her beliefs. KeAusha was big on including and inviting others into her world. She volunteered, submitted and made herself available in a big way to serve children, disabled, and underserved groups. Her heart was so big you could feel her love and at times you’d hear a tone of sarcasm with purpose with some her responses.
KeAusha treasured, read, and listened to the Word of God allowing His Word to shape some significant areas in her life. She was open to HIs Word and knew how and when to ask questions or research to make sure it was word versus an opinion.
KeAusha had a big sense of humor and enjoyed laughing, pretending, playing jokes and apologizing when necessary. Keke was intelligent graduating from Reynolds High, representing her school on stages through singing and speaking, she was currently attending Mt Hood Community College, proficient in technology, keeping her family and others in the know when they needed to learn how to use computers or cell phones, valuable cheer leader promoted to Captain her Junior year, loyal to family and friends, consistently present in her space, committed to her word and delivering whatever the task required for success, recently promoted to Manager in the workplace, extremely proud of her job and her ability to pay her way, singing songs on social media, respecting rights of others and letting her voice be heard, never stepping away from conflict and confident in who she was as evidenced by all the selfies, knew her way around the kitchen as she prepared meals for family dinners and friends, had slumber parties at home when she was not permitted to leave, recognized her need to grow and learn never taking the stance that she knew it all even though at times it was difficult to discern, traveled to many places but enjoyed visiting her family in California, Alaska, Texas, and Tennessee.
KeAusha was an excellent big sister, cousin, niece, and friend. We will not fail to mention that she was spoiled and never lacked anything that she requested. She trusted her family for big things. She was responsible , accountable and loved life in a big way. Her future plans included being a pediatrician and loving her family. KeKe was open to receive or release prayers for self and others. She could be counted on to follow through or follow up even when she was past her due date. To have known KeAusha is to know big love through a big warm giving heart. To know KeAusha is to appreciate yourself and whatever place God has given you in life. Her strengths radiated though life as she encouraged others to step outside the box.
Precious memories and teaching moments with KeAusha will forever be a big part of who we are as family. She walked along side her bother Lexsail L Pon, sisters Chanel A Pon, Shaqwelle Mauesby, mother DeAusha S Mauesby also known as her best friend, Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, Grandparents, Great Grandparent, and a host of close associates and friends. God has been good by allowing us to share in KeKe’s life.
